444 : The Collection
The 444 Collection, titled after a protective angel number, follows three different cosmic entities that have their own individual look. Each entity, or “spirit guide”, is a representation of myself and the different layers of who I am as a person. Black spiritual thought such as ancient Egyptian mythology and astrological ideas are combined to create the aesthetics of each guide. The inclusion of these ideas allows me to create unique forces that I can connect to through my ancestry, personality and overall identity.
Each guide is a combination between a specific astrological sign and an Egyptian god that have similar abilities and characteristics. The collection has been used as an avenue of self discovery and exploring the idea of a “cosmic fingerprint”, or the presence that each of us holds within the universe.
This body of work was made with the goal of showing the viewer that we all that unique forces that guide us down our individual paths, and inspire them think of their own fantastical world that brings them a sense of freedom and liberation.

“Rebirth” Dress
April 2021
Through garment construction, I have started to begin to think about spirituality and viewing the body as more than flesh and bone, but also an energetic form that exists beyond this realm. Through this dress and editorial I am depicting my vision of what it means to be “reborn” as a new energetic entity, free of their past and confidently rising into a new version of one’s self. Hand dyed and heat pressed fabrics are used to give the dress a unique and custom made feel.

Denim Monogram Jacket
May 2021
Inspired by the idea of transcendence and moving through realms, this jacket is an exploration of shape, pattern making and surface treatment. Using denim as a reference to our human realm, the goal of this garment is to show how everyday human clothing is altered and warped when you shift between dimensions.
